Responsibilities
- Track project requirements utilizing project management tools
- Lead the planning of communications and project roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and triage communications for effective response
- Influence parallel processes of creative, media, and reporting operations
- Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations
- Manage client onboarding tasks and ensure they remain on track
- Manage file organization
- Implement quality control procedures
- Host and lead weekly scrum meetings
