Responsibilities
- Provide customer support
- Perform transaction monitoring
- Monitor provider activity and malfunctions
- Manage and monitor limits
- Manage alerting for new merchants and solutions
- Allocate resources during provider downtime and calculate losses
- Disable methods/acquirers upon internal request
- Process refund requests
- Request user documents
