Responsibilities
- Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
- Manage patient records
- Scheduling
- Insurance verifications
- Handle medical documentation
- Maintain EMR/EHR systems
- Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
