Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
- 4+ years related work experience.
- Proven self-starter with motivation to close sales.
- Ability to work independently with nominal supervision.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Furniture industry product knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with AS400 and furniture quoting software.
- Critical: Experience with Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal sales teams to grow revenue and margin.
- Act as primary point of contact for furniture programs across various verticals.
- Manage sales funnel and pipeline to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Present furniture insights, trends, and solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal design teams for product selection and specifications.
- Research sourcing conditions, delivery options, and product solutions.
- Generate quotes, proposals, and manage RFP/bid pricing.
- Create standards programs and strategic project solutions.
