Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience on the Force.com platform.
- 4-6 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce OOB functionality, process builder, and flow builder.
- Development experience with Apex classes/triggers, Lightning pages, LWC, and Aura components.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development lifecycle and tools like ANT, Workbench, and Data Loader.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment activities.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Management or team leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with business and stakeholders to implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce.com CRM solutions.
- Determine scope and effort estimates for development work.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SFDC Coding Standards.
- Lead technical documentation and architecture design for deployment and integration.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams.
- Manage a team of 4-6 members.
- Plan and strategize deployment activities across Salesforce environments (CI/CD).
- Design and mentor the team in technical solutioning.
