Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on engineering contributions and technical leadership across six Developer Experience teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify pain points and gather feedback.
- Modernize testing to support GitLab's growth.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines by building workflows that deliver fast feedback.
- Collaborate with Platform, Product, and Infrastructure teams to eliminate systemic bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
