Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of clinical professional training or surgical based experience
- Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform independently
- Ability to travel up to 90% including overnight
- Meet and manage vendor credentialing requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills for training surgeons in the OR
- Experience with Sales onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and training materials
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals.
- Develop and deliver pre and on-site New Hire Training materials.
- Manage daily deployment of clinical staff to maximize efficiency.
- Provide quarterly assessments, reviews, and field coaching rides.
- Coordinate with Sales for case coverage and clinical support needs.
- Partner with R&D and Marketing for new product launches and market acceptance testing.
- Provide clinical input to Quality and Regulatory teams.
- Manage customer-facing webinars and clinical breakout sessions.
