Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Telesales, or Account Expansion.
  • Proven track record in upsell/cross-sell and end-to-end deal ownership.
  • Strong remote communication skills including needs analysis and objection handling.
  • KPI-driven mindset with focus on output, conversion, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining data transparency.
  • Proficiency in subscription models and ARR/MRR metrics is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and target-oriented manner.
  • Familiarity with LEH, marketing services, or SaaS environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify expansion potential within the existing customer base.
  • Proactively contact customers via remote consultations.
  • Perform upsell/cross-sell activities to generate new subscription revenue.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on qualified online customer meetings.
  • Drive deals from qualification through to closing.
  • Manage daily CRM documentation including call reports and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Field Sales, CS, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the business.
