Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, currently at or above the level of Senior PM.
- 5+ years of total technical work experience (e.g. SWE, ML researcher, solution engineer).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with entrepreneurial ownership.
- Knowledge of open-source models and generative AI research.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, and SGLang.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to use Python with the chat completions API for basic model testing.
Responsibilities
- Own the models roadmap based on market demand and research trends.
- Establish partnerships with top model labs for day0 launches.
- Build relationships with open-source maintainers.
- Define and enforce quality standards across the model catalog.
- Design benchmarks and evaluations to prove model performance.
- Lead high-impact model launches.
- Create technical content including demos, benchmarks, and documentation.
- Prioritize performance optimizations like quantization and speculative decoding.
