Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management or related experience building B2B cloud products.
- Proven experience growing a team of product managers.
- Experience with highly technical, multi-workstream product launches.
- Ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Strong communication skills for leadership pitching and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building products related to APIs or developer experience (desired).
- Experience working with telecommunications or regulated ecosystems (desired).
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio’s phone number products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and Communications Product teams.
- Launch innovative phone number products from the infrastructure layer up.
- Act as the voice of the customer in strategic decisions.
- Manage and mentor a global team of product managers.
