Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in strategic sales
  • Proven record of successful selling, business development, and executive level influence
  • Success closing license sales deals of 7 figures or more
  • Experience with complex contract management
  • Extensive experience in Account Management and growing existing business
  • Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers
  • Ability to qualify prospect needs and budget
  • Ability to self-prospect to build a qualified pipeline
  • Strong technology acumen to articulate solution value proposition
  • Analytical skill to construct financial business cases

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Manage existing relationships and grow them
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute sales process from identification to contract signing
  • Work with sales engineers on proof of concepts and results presentations
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and reporting in Salesforce
  • Present full solutions and conduct product demonstrations
