Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product growth within high-growth D2C companies.
  • Demonstrated clear ownership of referral programs and viral loops.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and tracking stacks.
  • Proactive approach to crafting, prioritizing, and executing experiments.
  • Deep understanding of growth loops and distribution as a product problem.
  • Proficiency with design principles and wireframing.
  • Technical aptitude sufficient to collaborate with engineering and manage code-based initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership skills in driving product from ideation to launch with urgency.
  • Strong systems-thinking abilities to identify and fix root causes of growth issues.
  • Strategic mindset capable of making big swings.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer word of mouth growth, measuring performance primarily via 30-Day K Factor.
  • Understand, improve, and potentially rebuild the foundations of the referral program.
  • Develop pull virality features to make the product social by default.
  • Execute push virality strategies to turn offline touchpoints into marketing billboards.
  • Activate customer stories, screenshots, and milestones for organic UGC.
  • Design and implement freemium experiences (e.g., shot-tracking app) as product-led growth marketing.
  • Own analytics, including stack selection and implementation guidance.
