Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management information systems (PMIS) implementation.
  • Experience with tools like eBuilder, Unifier, Kahua, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Technical proficiency in configuring and customizing PMIS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting training sessions and supporting user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of PMIS solutions for clients.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Configure PMIS platforms to align with client processes.
  • Administer and maintain the eBuilder environment.
  • Design and maintain templates, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor project progress and assess implementation risks.
