- Experience working on a multi-resource project team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to take accountability and deliver on project commitments.
- Ability to quickly learn and convert new technologies into customer value.
- Post-secondary education in a technology-related field (preferred).
- Healthcare market experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison translating customer expectations and goals.
- Lead detailed business discovery to develop delivery approaches.
- Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor on business practices and workflows.
- Partner with internal configuration and training specialists to execute implementation plans.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks, issues, and timelines.
- Lead and advise on customer change management and user readiness.
- Maintain expertise in multiple product offerings.
- Travel to customer sites to lead meetings and presentations.
