Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of agentic systems, including prompting, RAG, tool use, evaluation frameworks, and failure modes
- Proficiency with Python, APIs, SQL, CLIs, webhooks, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise tools such as CRM, ERP, and workflow platforms
- Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining actively involved in engineering work
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience defining operational KPIs, deployment standards, and production governance practices
- Security- and compliance-aware mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and deliver AI-powered workflow transformation across enterprise functions while actively contributing as a hands-on engineer.
- Build and ship production AI systems alongside your team, including agent workflows, automation pipelines, integrations, and prompt optimization.
- Define technical standards for production readiness, including evals, observability, testing, documentation, and deployment quality.
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineers.
- Establish clear success metrics for deployments.
- Identify, prioritize, and shape AI/automation opportunities with business leaders.
- Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle from discovery through production.
- Partner with platform, IT, security, legal, and compliance teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and adoption.
