Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services leadership.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing teams and scaling professional services functions.
- Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7, CCD, EHR integrations).
- Strong understanding of APIs, data ingestion (ETL, JSON, CSV), and modern data platforms.
- Experience designing scalable implementation frameworks and reusable patterns.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like HIPAA and SOC 2.
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery lifecycle from contract signature to production deployment.
- Manage and grow a team of Solutions Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Establish best practices for onboarding, integration, and go-live readiness.
- Engage personally in strategic and complex customer deployments.
- Guide integrations involving FHIR, HL7, CCD, APIs, SFTP, and EHR platforms.
- Develop documentation and training resources for technical customer teams.
- Lead the adoption of AI tools and automation frameworks to optimize delivery.
