Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry, particularly in B2B provider or operator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, aggregators, casino platforms, and partnership structures.
  • Existing professional network within the iGaming sector and ability to leverage industry relationships effectively.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic partnerships end-to-end.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with an ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-evolving and growth-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial awareness and revenue-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships with iGaming operators, aggregators, and platform providers across international markets.
  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and long-term relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging regions, and scalable partnership models to support commercial growth.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue-sharing structures and partnership terms aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with production, delivery, and leadership teams to align commercial opportunities with operational capabilities and project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders while acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving opportunities within the iGaming and casino gaming landscape.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the broader iGaming business direction.
