Responsibilities
- Drive produce business growth by developing a pipeline of potential customers.
- Focus on prospects in the US that ship produce on refrigerated equipment domestically and cross-border.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers using various tools and methods.
- Conduct cold calling to build a book of business.
- Build deep, meaningful, and rewarding relationships with customers.
- Partner with the Solutions Team to manage customer needs.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure customer success.
