Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience covering full project lifecycle.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligning resources, timelines, and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, hours, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with solution architects and internal teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status updates.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations.
- Maintain reporting on progress, financials, and resource utilization.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Mentor team members on project management best practices.
