Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions
- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Experience with timeline development
- Experience with budget management
- Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite
- Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
- Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners
- Ensure proper forecasting for all projects
- Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects
- Develop timelines and advise on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget
- Work with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources
- Work with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgets
- Communicate status updates to all departments
- Enforce agency processes and recommend process improvements
- Manage project and associate project managers
