Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience managing multi-state payroll.
- Understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
- Experience with payroll audits and internal controls.
- Experience managing accounts payable workflows in Bill.com or similar.
- Experience administering corporate card/expense platforms like Brex or Ramp.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar software.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and international employees.
- Oversee, document, and improve accounts payable and expense management processes.
- Manage vendor onboarding, bill coding, approval routing, and payments in Bill.com.
- Administer corporate card and employee expense programs via Brex.
- Support accounts receivable and billing operations including collections.
- Prepare and post journal entries for payroll and employee-related expenses.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for AP, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
- Automate reporting dashboards and perform financial analysis.
