Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience managing multi-state payroll.
  • Understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Experience with payroll audits and internal controls.
  • Experience managing accounts payable workflows in Bill.com or similar.
  • Experience administering corporate card/expense platforms like Brex or Ramp.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar software.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and international employees.
  • Oversee, document, and improve accounts payable and expense management processes.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, bill coding, approval routing, and payments in Bill.com.
  • Administer corporate card and employee expense programs via Brex.
  • Support accounts receivable and billing operations including collections.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for payroll and employee-related expenses.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for AP, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Automate reporting dashboards and perform financial analysis.
