Requirements
- 4+ years of payroll experience.
- Hands-on exposure to at least two of: UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, or Australia.
- Knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations (PAYE, Dutch wage tax, etc.).
- Experience working with EOR providers.
- Skilled in BambooHR or comparable HRIS.
- Strong data and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Process accurate monthly payroll for UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Australia.
- Monitor and audit EOR-managed employee populations via Remote.
- Implement updates based on statutory changes in tax rates and leave entitlements.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare GL journal entries for month-end close.
- Maintain payroll documentation for ISO and SOC 2 audit readiness.
- Verify data integrity between BambooHR and payroll systems.
- Administer country-specific benefits and handle employee inquiries.
