Requirements
- Experience with AI workflow design in ComfyUI.
- Experience with agentic workflow design using Langchain, Langgraph, Google Agent Builder, A2A, or MCP.
- Proficiency in using AI-based content creation tools.
- Understanding of content production principles and workflows.
- Knowledge of filmmaking or animation production procedures.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design multimodal video GenAI production workflows leveraging tool chaining, fine tunings, control nets, and agentic design.
- Develop and maintain AI generation policies, guardrails, and prompts for LLM-as-judge and agentic roles.
- Collaborate with core engineering and data science teams to integrate AI capabilities into production pipelines.
- Solve consistency and directability issues using production engineering techniques like sketch-based inputs and motion transfer.
- Develop specific prompts to ensure content quality and brand consistency.
- Apply principles of Responsible AI regarding fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Maintain knowledge of traditional filmmaking and animation procedures for serialized content.
- Continuously research and adopt new AI technologies and creative platforms.
