Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all phases of the software development cycle.
- Partner with product and machine learning counterparts to develop and execute technical strategy.
- Work closely with Engineering Manager on scoping and prioritization.
- Lead initiatives to improve system health and processes.
- Participate in agile team rituals including sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups.
- Foster a culture of collaboration through pair programming and code reviews.
