Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate interaction calls in a conversational and engaging manner
- Collect and verify candidate information accurately
- Build rapport and maintain a positive candidate experience during calls
- Understand candidate motivations, preferences, and expectations through thoughtful conversations
- Encourage candidates to research and engage with the company and opportunity
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling candidates across different experience levels
- Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes from candidate interactions
- Coordinate effectively with internal hiring teams and stakeholders
