Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Commercial mindset with experience in deal-making and driving outcomes.
- Familiarity with creator and audience dynamics on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, or newsletters.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics like ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Strong negotiation skills, including pricing conversations and contract structuring.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and representatives.
- Lead deal negotiations balancing performance targets with creator expectations.
- Evaluate creators on audience quality, engagement, and mission fit.
- Drive deals to close and create urgency.
- Own campaign delivery from contract to post-launch review.
- Develop tailored creator briefs that balance performance with authentic voice.
- Track and report on performance metrics (impressions, clicks, installs, subscriptions, ROAS).
- Identify opportunities for long-term or multi-platform partnerships.
- Contribute to building team playbooks and processes.
