Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in deal-making and driving outcomes.
  • Familiarity with creator and audience dynamics on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, or newsletters.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics like ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including pricing conversations and contract structuring.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and representatives.
  • Lead deal negotiations balancing performance targets with creator expectations.
  • Evaluate creators on audience quality, engagement, and mission fit.
  • Drive deals to close and create urgency.
  • Own campaign delivery from contract to post-launch review.
  • Develop tailored creator briefs that balance performance with authentic voice.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (impressions, clicks, installs, subscriptions, ROAS).
  • Identify opportunities for long-term or multi-platform partnerships.
  • Contribute to building team playbooks and processes.
