Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 4+ years of product management experience in software development.
- Subject matter product expertise serving government or highly regulated industries.
- Good understanding of the technology stack.
- Expert knowledge of agile delivery and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Slack, and Figma.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools and defining requirements for AI-driven features.
- Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government.
Responsibilities
- Identify and champion new market opportunities to inform long-term strategy.
- Define and track product KPIs that directly correlate to business growth and performance targets.
- Assure features and functions adhere to pertinent regulatory requirements.
- Develop strong product relationships with key customers.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for multiple products.
- Proactively resolve cross-functional blockers and optimize release cycles.
- Champion a culture of rigorous prioritization and focus.
- Define problems and value, linking technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering leads to drive technical discovery and assess architectural feasibility.
- Mentor Product Managers on product best practices.
