Requirements
- Must meet minimum education requirements to obtain registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Registered Dietitian credential required.
- Current state licensure.
- Experience in renal care, chronic disease management, or related clinical care management.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading and developing clinical teams.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, patient feedback, and clinical outcomes.
- Proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching and development for all direct reports.
- Monitor, supervise and balance workflow of the interdisciplinary virtual clinical care team.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage clinician schedules to meet patient demand.
- Partner with managers to set, communicate, and monitor clinician performance goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and performance support.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of recorded clinician calls.
- Assist with interviewing candidates and training of new hires.
