Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NJ.
- Compact license required.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
- Experience in telemedicine.
- Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
- Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet varying deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support clinician and patient experience.
- Develop mastery using EHR systems and internal tools for clinical processes.
- Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results daily.
- Collaborate with external vendors for lab and imaging services.
- Monitor clinic phone lines for patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners for issue resolution.
- Perform on-call shifts monitoring the Critical Lab Phone Line (24/7).
- Prepare prior authorization requests.
- Efficiently process and send EMR requests.
