Requirements
- Clinical background (RN, NP) with at least 5 years' acute or LTPAC clinical experience.
- Clinical software experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AI terminology such as LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
- Clinical degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proof of clinical license verification.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in data labeling preferred.
- Technical acumen or familiarity with PointClickCare EHR preferred.
Responsibilities
- Completing labeling of PointClickCare clinical notes for data input for AI training models.
- Providing clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF EMR.
- Providing clinical expertise within the labeling team.
- Aligning with labeling rules and providing input on potential labeling changes.
- Working with a team of subject matter experts on quality review of AI products.
- Completing required security, clinical, and HR training.
