Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, platform apps, or cross-functional systems.
- Proven track record in multi-product or integrated experience design.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists.
- Experience using tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Experience working on government contracts.
- Excellent collaboration, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine core workflows supporting end-to-end user journeys.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark offerings and pricing.
- Collaborate with Program Management and Engineering to align plans with application structure.
- Build frameworks for mapping capabilities to business outcomes.
- Translate architecture and backend capabilities into intuitive application experiences.
- Establish KPIs for product engagement, activation, and success.
- Own and evolve the integrated application roadmap.
- Support product planning rituals and sprint scoping.
