Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Product Operations, Health Tech, or Engineering Support.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience producing clear and engaging content.
- Comfortable working with minimal structure and shaping new systems.
- Familiarity with workflow tools: Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Zapier.
- Experience in QA testing or technical documentation.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Experience working in a clinical or health tech environment.
- Familiarity with EMR systems or healthcare operations workflows.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Product team and other departments (Engineering, Support, Operations).
- Translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive internal and training documentation.
- Maintain streamlined systems for bug tracking, feature intake, and issue resolution.
- Own and update the internal product feature matrix.
- Coordinate and execute QA testing for new releases.
- Maintain dashboards and documentation for engineering and IT compliance.
- Collaborate on improving automation for existing QA tests.
- Assist with speedy deployments to improve product velocity.
