Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in account management, client success, or project delivery
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled products
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Track record of maintaining strong retention metrics, client satisfaction, or NPS
  • Experience running executive business reviews and presenting ROI narratives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion)
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with client stakeholders
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to assess ROI
  • Develop tailored success plans with defined outcomes and milestones
  • Monitor client health and usage data to drive adoption
  • Partner with Sales on renewal and expansion strategies
  • Lead end-to-end project implementation and manage project timelines/budgets
  • Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and training
  • Translate client goals into technical requirements for Product/Engineering
