Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy.
- Background in customer success, professional services, or technical account management.
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and development pipelines.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
- Skill in turning product usage data into actionable insights.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and facilitate workshops.
- Openness to learning and transferable skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned customers across APJ.
- Help customers with deployment guidance and establishing a GitLab Center of Excellence.
- Lead and participate in workshops on software development lifecycle value.
- Measure and monitor customer progress against critical performance indicators.
- Turn product usage data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Establish and manage regular customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Contribute regional insight from APJ customer engagements.
