Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or technical account management.
  • Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and development pipelines.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
  • Skill in turning product usage data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and facilitate workshops.
  • Openness to learning and transferable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned customers across APJ.
  • Help customers with deployment guidance and establishing a GitLab Center of Excellence.
  • Lead and participate in workshops on software development lifecycle value.
  • Measure and monitor customer progress against critical performance indicators.
  • Turn product usage data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Establish and manage regular customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services.
  • Contribute regional insight from APJ customer engagements.
