Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain customer environments including users
- Workflows
- Automation
- Set up dashboards aligned with KPIs and ensure data quality
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Implement improvements to drive adoption
- Provide first-tier technical support
- Conduct environment audits to identify gaps
- Assist with client reviews
- Deliver platform training to admins and end-users
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to support platform scaling and expansions while maintaining documentation.
