Requirements
- Demonstrated experience editing short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts format)
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Ability to work at production pace: 8 to 10 per working day
- Strong attention to detail, such as clip timing, audio sync, branding consistency
- Reliable internet connection and availability during scheduled working hours and meetings
- Responsiveness to feedback and willingness to iterate through multiple revision rounds
- English fluency
Responsibilities
- Choose content footage from the content library per the established editorial workflow.
- Edit videos featuring clear elimination moments, compelling gameplay, and on-brand presentation.
- Meet or exceed weekly output 8-10 videos per day.
- Submit completed edits through the team’s scheduling and publishing tool (Metricool).
- Incorporate feedback across revision cycles.
- Complete assigned revisions within 48 hours of receiving feedback.
- Proactively flag unclear direction rather than submitting work that misinterprets prior notes.
- Maintain brand compliance per current brand guidelines.
- Attend all scheduled editorial working sessions, pipeline reviews, and team syncs.
