Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Track record of closing deals over $1M.
- Experience in benefits, health tech, medical device, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven history of consistent sales quota attainment above $1M.
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle (12+ months) enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of RFP management, legal negotiations, and consensus building.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
- Highly desired: Experience selling into state/local government or labor unions.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and contracting processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across large, complex organizations.
- Build rapport and influence decision-making among diverse buying committees.
- Leverage industry knowledge to provide consultative solutions to unique client challenges.
- Maintain high levels of CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and territory management.
- Travel frequently (up to 50%) to attend client meetings and industry events.
