Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Track record of closing deals over $1M.
  • Experience in benefits, health tech, medical device, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven history of consistent sales quota attainment above $1M.
  • Experience managing complex, long-cycle (12+ months) enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of RFP management, legal negotiations, and consensus building.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
  • Highly desired: Experience selling into state/local government or labor unions.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement and contracting processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across large, complex organizations.
  • Build rapport and influence decision-making among diverse buying committees.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to provide consultative solutions to unique client challenges.
  • Maintain high levels of CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and territory management.
  • Travel frequently (up to 50%) to attend client meetings and industry events.
