Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Clay (table architecture, conditional logic, AI, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations).
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions (ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committees).
- Strong working knowledge of GTM stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense/Bombora, Slack).
- Comfortable reading and writing JSON and JavaScript for API-based workflows.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Available for Monday to Friday hours with Sydney business hour overlap.
- Ability to manage workflow ownership and stakeholder updates.
Responsibilities
- Audit the existing GTM stack and identify leverage points.
- Architect and maintain lead enrichment workflows using Clay.
- Design account scoring models and signal-based outbound plays.
- Operationalize the GTM tech stack including CRM, sequencers, and BI tools.
- Build and maintain complex Clay tables with AI agents and webhook integrations.
- Ensure clean, contextual data delivery to sales teams.
- Collaborate directly with sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and ownership of workflows.
