Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4ā5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accrual accounting
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environments
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting processes
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles within 5ā7 business days
- Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Perform budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis
- Support external audits and prepare PBC schedules
- Ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance
- Identify accounting inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Review and approve work of staff accountants and bookkeepers
