- Understanding of fraud management frameworks, controls, and prevention systems.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Investigate suspected Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity fraud cases.
- Evaluate alerts, verify identities, and analyze digital footprints.
- Take immediate action to secure compromised accounts.
- Communicate and guide clients through the recovery process.
- Manage multiple investigations while maintaining SLA requirements.
- Participate in weekly calibration sessions to share findings and trends.
