Requirements
- 8+ years in product management roles.
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Proven experience building products with AI, including engineering prompts and testing models.
- Deep technical proficiency with ability to build own dashboards and write PRs.
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end A/B tests.
- Ability to conduct effective user research and interviews.
- Solid understanding of activation, habit loops, and expansion triggers.
- Builder mindset focused on shipping prototypes over long specifications.
Responsibilities
- Build AI features using tools like Cursor, Claude, and Lovable.
- Define, run, and analyze A/B experiments.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL and Mixpanel.
- Conduct weekly user interviews for continuous product discovery.
- Ship iterations rapidly based on experimental data and user feedback.
