Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing for medium to large enterprise clients
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Confident in cold and warm outreach, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote, part-time setup
- Disciplined time management
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Background in ethical or values-driven companies
- Familiarity with VA, remote team, or outsourcing sales cycles
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy specifically targeting medium to large companies seeking outsourcing solutions
- Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and digital lead generation channels
- Work with the Commercial Team to nurture leads through email sequences, funnels, and campaigns
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, discovery, and proposal to closing
- Convert warm leads into paying clients
- Conduct Discovery Calls
- Book Roadmapping Sessions with qualified prospects directly with the CEO
- Build and document a repeatable sales playbook
- Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline (GoHighLevel)
- Report weekly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecast
