Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing for medium to large enterprise clients
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Confident in cold and warm outreach, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote, part-time setup
  • Disciplined time management
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
  • Background in ethical or values-driven companies
  • Familiarity with VA, remote team, or outsourcing sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy specifically targeting medium to large companies seeking outsourcing solutions
  • Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and digital lead generation channels
  • Work with the Commercial Team to nurture leads through email sequences, funnels, and campaigns
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, discovery, and proposal to closing
  • Convert warm leads into paying clients
  • Conduct Discovery Calls
  • Book Roadmapping Sessions with qualified prospects directly with the CEO
  • Build and document a repeatable sales playbook
  • Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline (GoHighLevel)
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecast
