Responsibilities
- Review new patient orders and documentation submitted by referral sources
- Obtain required documentation and clinical requirements for health insurance plans
- Request health plan authorizations electronically or verbally
- Develop business relationships within field leadership
- Support local branch offices across the country
- Address patient complaints and provide product information and solutions
- Partner cross-functionally to recommend preventative measures for patient issues
