- Capacity to build rapport and trust with colleagues and funders in virtual settings.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex systems for grant management.
- Agility and adaptability to respond to high-stakes donor requests.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a grants portfolio including drafting proposals and reports.
- Ensure grant compliance and implementation.
- Design engagement experience and coordinate relationships across the organization and foundation.
- Meet directly with program officers and foundation staff.
- Provide support for Managing Directors' portfolios including briefing notes and due diligence.
- Manage opportunity and relationship data in CRM.
- Direct prospect pipeline development and coordinate monthly prospect reviews.
- Source, research, and qualify new prospects.
