Requirements
- 2–3+ years of direct business (employment-based) immigration paralegal experience
- Hands-on experience preparing filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3
- Hands-on experience with PERM, I-140, and I-485 case support
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong legal drafting skills for support letters and RFE/NOID responses
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload
- Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3
- Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-2 NIW
- Draft support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings
- Prepare responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audits
- Maintain case tracking and calendars
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in English and Spanish
