Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within SaaS or platform organizations
- Proven success leading multi-product or platform-level strategies in complex environments
- Strong background in user experience design principles and customer-centric product development
- Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate data, insights, and customer feedback into product decisions
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with executive presence
- Experience building and scaling high-performing product and UX teams
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a long-term product vision for provider experience across a complex healthcare platform
- Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and market needs
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Customer Success teams to strengthen positioning, adoption, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable product delivery
- Own key product KPIs including adoption, retention, usage, NPS, and operational efficiency metrics
- Lead customer discovery efforts, beta programs, and continuous feedback loops to inform product direction
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX professionals
- Establish strong product operating rhythms for planning, prioritization, and execution excellence
