Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or similar roles in SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Experience designing data-rich or enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally in Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to create or maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
  • Ability to communicate and defend design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/Sass, or JavaScript is an asset.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and operational challenges within warehouse and logistics environments.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, modern UI/UX solutions through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for a SaaS platform, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency across features and workflows.
  • Maintain and evolve a shared design system and UI component library to support scalable product development.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of design concepts.
  • Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data insights, and product performance metrics.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product and engineering organization.
