Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience as a UX/UI designer
- Experience with Android and/or iOS mobile apps
- SMB SaaS and/or payments experience preferred
- Experience utilizing the principles of Product-led Growth
- Experience designing on both native mobile and responsive web platforms
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Jira, Productboard, and Maze
- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams
- Proficient in leveraging A/B design testing methodologies
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
Responsibilities
- Utilize design thinking principles to build simple and intuitive user experiences for both native mobile apps and responsive web
- Be an equal partner to other functions in defining product vision and architecting roadmaps
- Evaluate trade-offs based on business and user needs
- Conduct solution discovery, design execution, and iteration
- Champion consistent experiences across platforms and contribute to the design system
- Help build the product design practice to enable scaling
