Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, communications, or integrated marketing roles across B2B or B2C environments.
  • 4+ years of direct people leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing or communications teams.
  • Proven ability to connect brand strategy and storytelling to measurable business outcomes and executive-level priorities.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Deep expertise across digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, AEO, content strategy, social media, email, web, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage executive messaging and brand reputation.
  • Experience mentoring and developing marketing talent, balancing craft excellence with business impact.
  • Strong understanding of modern digital discovery, including AI-driven search and structured content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated growth marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue priorities, product launches, and audience needs.
  • Translate executive OKRs into actionable marketing plans spanning campaigns, channels, content, and digital experience.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and marketing execution, ensuring brand and storytelling are tightly connected to business outcomes.
  • Represent marketing and communications in cross-functional discussions with Product, Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Own executive-level marketing reporting, translating performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team across social media, PR/communications, and creative functions, driving both performance and career growth.
  • Define and oversee strategy across SEO, AEO, AI discovery, social media, email, web, content, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Establish frameworks for organic visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery ecosystems, ensuring long-term digital relevance.
