- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale
- Agency or in-house experience in fast-paced, iterative creative environments
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance across all written touchpoints.
- Develop and execute campaign concepts from ideation to full execution.
- Write long-form brand narratives, scripts, and storytelling assets.
- Create high-performing direct response and growth copy for digital channels.
- Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive creative execution.
- Build and refine scalable copy systems, including style guides, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Contribute to creative direction and critique processes.
